By accessing, registering on, or using the plusph8 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by plusph8 — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the plusph8 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the plusph8 platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who interacts with plusph8 services in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

plusph8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and use the plusph8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of plusph8 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the plusph8 platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.

plusph8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by plusph8 may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money gaming services on plusph8, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active plusph8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, plusph8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. plusph8 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify plusph8 support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC): In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, plusph8 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the plusph8 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). plusph8 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your plusph8 account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. plusph8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. plusph8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your plusph8 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. plusph8 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.

plusph8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all plusph8 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• plusph8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read all promotion terms carefully before opting in to any offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plusph8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or bet;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the plusph8 platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or plusph8 staff members.

plusph8 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

All content on the plusph8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of plusph8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plusph8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the plusph8 platform without the prior written consent of plusph8.

plusph8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plusph8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the plusph8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

plusph8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While plusph8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of game outcomes and financial transactions, technical errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, plusph8 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

plusph8 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and data privacy requirements under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

plusph8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, plusph8 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the plusph8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting plusph8 support. Any bets placed or transactions initiated prior to the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of the relevant activity.
